At Whiffs by Tay, we want you to love your candle experience. Because our products are handcrafted, we have a simple and fair policy in place.

📦 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging.

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, used or burned candles cannot be returned or refunded.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind or scent preference after use.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake.
