At Whiffs by Tay, we want you to love your candle experience. Because our products are handcrafted, we have a simple and fair policy in place.
📦 Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging.

For safety and hygiene reasons, used or burned candles cannot be returned or refunded.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged or defective.

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind or scent preference after use.
💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake.
